Italian Parsley & Garlic Sauce for Pastas
1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup minced garlic (4 or 5 big garlic cloves) 1/4 cup minced Italian parsley 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Add butter and oil to a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until butter is melted. Add garlic and cook slowly until soft but not browned. Stir in parsley and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly until parsley is limp but still green. Serve over hot pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.
